Nepal Handicraft Expo 2026 to Be Held in Kathmandu from May 22–24

Kathmandu, Nepal — The much-anticipated Nepal Handicraft Expo 2026 is set to take place from 22nd to 24th May 2026 at the prestigious Amrapali Banquet in Kathmandu, Nepal.

The grand exhibition is being organized by the Federation of Handicraft Associations of Nepal with event management handled by Event Sansar⁠�.

The three-day expo aims to promote Nepal’s rich cultural heritage and traditional craftsmanship by bringing together artisans, handicraft entrepreneurs, exporters, designers, buyers, and visitors from across the country and abroad. The event will showcase a wide range of handmade Nepali products including wood carvings, metal crafts, pashmina, handmade paper products, pottery, jewelry, textiles, paintings, bamboo crafts, and other traditional artworks.

According to the organizers, the expo will serve as a major platform for networking, business promotion, cultural exchange, and market expansion for Nepal’s handicraft industry. Special cultural performances, live craft demonstrations, business interaction sessions, and exhibition stalls are expected to attract a large number of domestic and international visitors.

Speaking about the event, the organizers stated that the expo is expected to strengthen Nepal’s handicraft sector while supporting local artisans and preserving centuries-old traditional skills.
